We are comprised of a number of systems and processes; this is what “makes Us” who & what we are. this goes down to the Cellular level, (but that is a topic for discussion at a later point in the 54Life program).

Right now we will start with the major systems :
Circulatory - brings oxygen (O2) and nutrients to every corner of your body, while removing (CO2) Heart is the hardest working organ in the body
Respiratory - supplies oxygen to the blood, Lungs are one of the hardest-working organs in the body Lungs are made up of lobes.
Lymphatic - a network of tubes throughout the body that drains fluid (called lymph) from tissues and empties it back into the bloodstream. The main roles of the lymphatic system include managing the fluid levels in the body, filtering out bacteria, and housing types of white blood cells
